Richenda, with her extensive experience across 18 countries, brings a rich background in speech and language therapy, HR, and English language teaching. Also a neurolanguage coach and Global DISC profiler, Richenda excels in training teachers and military instructors worldwide, enhancing their cross-cultural effectiveness in the classroom.
Mike has over 25 years experience in English language, international and cross-cultural communication training. Having lived and worked in many different countries, he specialises in training cultural awareness for trainers who are being deployed overseas or delivering training to mixed-nationality groups in the UK.
Emma had lived in 3 different countries by the time she was 14 and has spent over 10 years working overseas with military and security clients for Sterling Training. She loves exploring the impact of culture on communication and team building, as well as developing cultural awareness in trainers and sales staff.
Together, they offer a comprehensive, global perspective, ensuring our training is both insightful and impactful.
