Training International Learners and Trainees (TILT) is a fully customised programme tailored to your organisation, your learners and the specific challenges your trainers face. Developed and refined through delivery to more than 2,500 trainers since 2016, it equips trainers with specialist tools and techniques to engage international learners more effectively, reduce misunderstandings and create inclusive learning environments where everyone can succeed.
Through practical exercises, discussion and real-world scenarios, participants will explore how culture, language and learning preferences influence training outcomes, while considering how digital and AI-enabled tools can support accessibility, communication and learner engagement without replacing effective learner-centred facilitation.
