We deliver bespoke ILM programmes at Level 3 and Level 4, helping first line and middle managers to fully embrace their management role, and navigate operational and organisational challenges.

What they will learn
ILM courses are very adaptable and can be designed using modules chosen to suit your teams. Each qualification has different requirements:
- Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management:
- Minimum 4 credits, maximum 12 credits
- Minimum two modules
- Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management:
- Minimum 13 credits
- Maximum 36 credits
- Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management
- Minimum 37 credits
- Level 4 Award in Leadership and Management:
- Minimum 5 credits, maximum 12 credits
- Level 4 Certificate in Leadership and Management:
- Minimum 13 credits, maximum 36 credits
- Level 4 Diploma in Leadership and Management:
- Total credit value of 37
