Effective training involves far more than sharing knowledge. Today’s learners have diverse needs, shorter attention spans and higher expectations of learning experiences than ever before. Train the Trainer Training equips participants with the skills, techniques and confidence to design and deliver engaging, learner-centred training that improves participation, knowledge retention and learning outcomes.
Through practical exercises, feedback and hands-on delivery practice, participants will develop the confidence to facilitate learning effectively while exploring how tools such as AI can support training design, content development and learning resources without replacing the trainer’s role in creating meaningful learning experiences.
