Advanced Defence Training Instructor
Traditional lessons are less effective than ever before. Reduced attention spans, diverse learning needs and a greater need for motivation and encouragement means experienced instructors and trainers need proven techniques for the modern teaching environment.
Our Advanced Defence Training Instructor (ADTI) programme builds on existing instructional experience, introducing proven techniques that improve engagement, motivation and learning outcomes. Through practical activities, discussion, individual feedback and assessed delivery, participants develop approaches they can immediately apply within defence training environments.
We have been delivering instructor training for the British Army since 2016. Each Advanced Defence Training Instructor course is designed to address the needs of the instructors, the training and the mix of students they will be working with.
